健康人虹膜血管定量分析研究
A study on the quantitative analysis of iris blood vessels in healthy individuals

Abstract
Objective To measure the vascular area density(VAD)and vascular skeletal density(VSD)of iris ves-sels in a healthy population and to investigate the characteristics of these parameters with age,sex,and body mass index(bodymassindex,BMI).Methods This observational cross-sectional study included 67 healthy participants.Iris vascular images were captured,and VAD/VSD were measured.Groups were grouped by range,eye,gender,age,and BMI,and iris vascular VAD and VSD were compared among the groups.Results Iris VAD and VSD were not related to changes in gender and BMI,iris VAD was related to changes in age,and iris VAD and VAD varied significantly among ran-ges.Conclusion Quantitative analysis of iris vascularity is of significance in observing the changes of iris vascularity before and after disease onset,development and treatment.关键词
