基于Meta分析探讨复方樟柳碱注射液治疗糖尿病视网膜疾病的疗效和安全性
Based on Meta-analysis to investigate the efficacy and safety of compound anisodine injection in the treatment of diabetic reti-nopathy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Changle Alkaloid Injection for treating dia-betic retinopathy through meta-analysis.Methods Relevant randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published in Chinese and English databases from the date of database establishment to May 2024 were retrieved.The risk of bias in the studies was assessed using the RoB 2.0 tool.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.4 software for outcomes such as over-all treatment effectiveness and visual acuity improvement.Forest plots were used to present the combined effect sizes,and funnel plots were applied to detect publication bias.Results A total of 98 relevant studies were retrieved,and after screening and excluding ineligible studies,15 eligible studies were selected for meta-analysis.These studies involved 1,309 patients,with some studies having relatively low evaluation scores.The Meta-analysis results showed:[OR=6.39,95％CI(4.36,9.36),P＜0.00001].Conclusion The Meta-analysis demonstrated that Compound Changle Alkaloid Injection can effectively improve visual acuity and delay disease progression in patients with diabetic retinopathy,while maintaining good safety.关键词
