激光联合驻景丸加减治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变
Laser combined with modified Zhu Jing Wan for the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional laser therapy combined with modified Zhujing Wan in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC).Methods This prospective single-arm case study was conduc-ted,enrolling 27 patients(28 eyes)with Central Serous Chorioretinopathy(CSC).Fluorescein Fundus Angiography(FFA)was used to identify leakage points(located outside the macular fovea within 500 μm).The Colin 577 nm laser de-vice was employed to perform direct laser photocoagulation on the leakage points.Following the laser treatment,patients were orally administered a modified traditional Chinese medicine formula,Zhujing Wan,for one treatment course(21 days).The efficacy evaluation indicators included Best Corrected Visual Acuity(BCVA),Central Foveal Thickness(CFT),and Recurrence Rate(with a follow-up period of 12 weeks).Results After 3 weeks of treatment,19 patients(20 eyes,71.4％)showed complete resolution of subretinal fluid,while 8 eyes still had subretinal fluid,but the central foveal thick-ness(CFT)was significantly reduced compared to pre-treatment levels.The mean reduction in thickness was 132.9±112.4um(t=6.14,P＜0.0001).Best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)also improved significantly(P＜0.05),with statis-tical significance.At 6 weeks post-treatment,subretinal fluid in the macular area was completely absorbed in all 28 eyes(100％).By 12 weeks,recurrence was observed in 2 patients(3 eyes):one case(1 eye)in a patient with a history of alco-hol abuse and one case(2 eyes)in a patient with connective tissue disease who relapsed due to prednisone use.CFT showed significant improvement compared to pre-treatment levels,and no cases of laser-induced choroidal neovasculariza-tion(CNV)were observed.Conclusion Traditional laser therapy combined with modified Zhujing Wan is safe and effec-tive for treating Central Serous Chorioretinopathy(CSC).关键词
