山东省章丘区中小学生眼健康意识及行为现况调查
A cross-sectional study on eye health awareness and behavior among primary and secondary school students in zhangqiu dis-trict,shandong province

Abstract
Objective To investigate the awareness of eye health protection and eye use behavior of primary and secondary school students in Zhangqiu District,Shandong Province,and to provide guidance for prevention and control measures for myopia in our district.Methods Cluster samplin was adopted.Students from third grade to senior high school in our district were selected for questionnaire surveys,and the collected data were organized into Excel forms for statistical analysis.Results The myopia rate was 55.77％,with 82.82％of myopic children wearing corrective glasses and 28.23％wearing myopia control lenses.Only 12.20％of students engaged in outdoor activities for＞2 hours daily and 35.17％of students spent more than 1 hour outdoors daily.84.51％of the students maintained correct posture during reading and writing.Notably,8.13％of the students would not proactively inform their parents when experiencing vision difficulties,and 30.18％demonstrated limited or no understanding of myopia risks and prevention knowledge.Conclusion The district shows a relatively high myopia prevalence with relatively good awareness but insufficient eye health behav-iors.Further improvement in ocular health practices among primary and secondary school students was needed.关键词
