放血疗法在外障热性眼病中的应用研究
Research on the application of bloodletting therapy in external barrier heat eye disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective Exploring the application value of bloodletting therapy in external barrier heat induced eye diseases.Methods Select 200 patients with febrile eye diseases who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2024,and conduct a study using a random number table method to compare the efficacy,VAS pain levels,and aver-age treatment costs of the control group and the observation group at different time periods.Results There was no signif-icant difference in the immediate treatment effect between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05),and the treatment effect was significantly better in the"one day"and"three days"periods(P＜0.05).Before treatment,the VAS pain levels of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).After treatment,the VAS pain levels of the obser-vation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the average treatment cost between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Bloodletting therapy has good application val-ue in patients with external barrier heat eye disease,which can significantly improve treatment effectiveness and alleviate patient pain.关键词
