摘要

Abstract

Objective Based on the analysis of the hexagonal rhinitis(Alel Gichirinitis,Al)patients with the hexa-gonal syndrome type and related factors.Methods A total of 149 AR patients were collected from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Otolaryngology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine by cross-sectional observational method,and the obtained data were analyzed by logistic regression analysis using SPSS 20.0 soft-ware.Results(1)General data:81 cases(54.4%)were males and 68 cases(45.6%)were females.The age range is 3~65 years old.(2)The overall distribution of the six meridian syndrome types:a total of 16 six meridian syndrome types appeared.(3)Distribution of single meridian frequency:the highest frequency was sun disease(36.4%).(4)Dichoto-mous logistic regression analysis:inferior turbinate enlargement was more likely to be sun disease(OR=3.639,P=0.005);Older age increases the susceptibility to sun disease(OR=1.070,P=0.010);The younger the age,the more likely it was to develop yangming disease(OR=0.976,P=0.037).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the prevalence of AR between men and women.The swelling of the inferior turbinate and age can affect the differentiation of the six meridians,and the six meridian syndrome types are mostly sun disease.
