大承气汤加味联合耳穴压丸对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能、炎症反应的影响
Effects of Modified Dachengqi Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Pill on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function and Inflammatory Reaction in Gastric Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of modified Dachengqi Decoction combined with auricular point pressing pill on postoperative gastrointestinal function and inflammatory response in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 152 postoperative patients with stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ gastric cancer who were admitted to Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group using a random number table method,with 76 patients in each group.The control group received basic treatment combined with auricular point pressing therapy,while the treatment group received additional modified Dachengqi Decoction based on the control group's treatment.Gastrointestinal function,inflammatory response,nutritional indicators,quality of life(QOL)scores,Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)scores,immunoglobulinM(IgM),immunoglobulinA(IgA),immunoglobulinG(IgG),efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first anal exhaust,the time of first defecation,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of growth hormone(GH),transferrin(TRF),albumin(ALB),QOL scores,lgM,lgA,and lgG increased in both groups,with higher levels in the treatment group(P＜0.05).The effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Dachengqi Decoction and auricular point pressing pill in postoperative gastric cancer patients can effectively improve gastrointestinal function,inhibit the production and release of inflammatory mediators,alleviate postoperative inflammation and stress response,enhance nutritional status and immune function,and improve quality of life in gastric cancer patients after surgery,demonstrating good safety.关键词
