基于古籍医案的中药治疗肝癌用药规律研究
Research on the Medication Patterns of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Liver Cancer Based on Ancient Books and Medical Records
摘要
Abstract
Objective To retrieve medical records related to liver cancer from ancient medical books and explore the medication patterns,so as to provide references for clinical treatment of liver cancer.Methods The platform of Keeping the flame alive in medicine was utilized to search medical records using keywords such as"Gan Ji","Fei Qi",and"Pi Huang".The underlying medication patterns were mined from the ancient books.Results A total of 856 medical records were retrieved,involving 305 Chinese medicinals,with a total usage frequency of 10 320 times.The top five high-frequency medicinals were Herba Artemisiae Scopariae,Poria,Rhizoma Alismatis,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.Classified by the categories of efficacy,the high-frequency medicinals primarily belonged to heat-clearing medicinals and deficiency-tonifying medicinals.Regarding medicinal properties,cold-natured medicinals and bitter-flavored medicinals were predominant.The top five meridian tropisms were liver,lung,stomach,spleen,and kidney.The most commonly used drug pairs were Herba Artemisiae Scopariae-Poria and Herba Artemisiae Scopariae-Rhizoma Alismatis.Conclusion According to ancient medical records,the medicinals used for liver cancer primarily involves cold and warm natures,with bitter,sweet,and pungent flavors being the most frequently employed.Most of drugs are related to lung meridian,spleen meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian,and kidney meridian.It is suggested that early-stage liver cancer treatment may emphasize clearing heat and eliminating dampness,while middle and advanced stages should focus on reinforcing healthy qi and tonifying deficiency.Furthermore,the principles of formulating prescriptions for liver cancer are summarized as soothing liver and gallbladder,strengthening spleen and removing dampness,as well as clearing heat and relieving jaundice.关键词
