从"虚气留滞"辨治放射性直肠炎
Discussion on the Differentiation and Treatment of Radiation Proctitis from the Perspective of"Deficiency Qi Induced Retention and Stagnation"
摘要
Abstract
Radiation proctitis(RP),a refractory complication of pelvic radiotherapy,severely impairs patients'quality of life with symptoms like mucoid bloody stools and tenesmus.Based on the theory of"deficiency qi induced retention and stagnation",the pathogenesis of this disease is considered to be deficiency qi as the prerequisite condition,primarily involving insufficiency of middle-energizer qi and depletion of primordial qi;while retention-stagnation acts as the initiating factor,mainly manifesting as internal accumulation of damp-heat and obstruction of collaterals by stasis-toxin.Therapeutically,approaches including invigorating primordial qi,fortifying middle-energizer qi,clearing heat and eliminating dampness,moving stagnation and unblocking the fu-organs,removing blood stasis and detoxifying,and dissipating nodules and dredging collaterals are applied to provide novel clinical perspectives for treating radiation proctitis.关键词
