Elucidation of the Principles and Methods for Treating Lung Cancer from the Perspective of Collateral Disease Theory
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer is a clinically refractory disease with high morbidity and mortality.The lung is a site where collaterals converge and is susceptible to pathogenic invasion,so lung cancer is considered as a kind of pulmonary collateral disease.Based on the theory of viscera and collateral disease,this paper discusses the differentiation and treatment of lung cancer.It is believed that lung cancer is located in lung,which is closely related to the dysfunction of spleen and kidney,and the interaction of lung,spleen,and kidney leads to the development and deterioration of the disease.Deficiency of qi and deficiency of collaterals are the important basis for lung cancer.Closure of sweat pores,pulmonary collaterals stasis,and collaterals accumulation are important pathological links in the formation and pathogenesis of lung cancer.The main causes of lung cancer deterioration are the instability of collateral qi and deficiency-induced spread of toxins.In the treatment of lung cancer,it should be based on unblocking and tonifying the lung collaterals,and adopt the methods of using insect drugs to dredge the collaterals,promoting qi to dredge the collaterals,resolving phlegm to dredge the collaterals,detoxifying to dredge the collaterals,and nourishing to strengthen the lung collaterals,so as to provide more theoretical basis and ideas for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
