冀西北地区山杏林下仿野生栽培兴安升麻叶片光合特性研究

Abstract
In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Actaea dahurica(wild-simulated cultivation)leaves under Prunus sibirica L.forest in northwestern Hebei,this paper used transplanted Actaea dahurica plants(2-year and 5-year transplants)as subjects,measured the light intensity,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)at different leaf positions.The results showed that under the Prunus sibirica L.forest,light intensity decreased exponentially as the leaf position descended.In 2-year transplants,Pn,Tr,Gs and Ci of newly emerged leaves were significantly higher than those of original leaves.In 5-year transplants,Pn,Tr,Gs peaked at the second-position leaves,while Ci reached its maximum at the fifth-position leaves.These findings indicated that Actaea dahurica is a shade-tolerant plant suitable for wild-simulated cultivation under Prunus sibirica L.forest in northwestern Hebei.关键词
