Treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome through identification of the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms by Professor Tong Xiaolin

Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is characterized by abnormal bowel movements as its core feature,and is often accompanied by various clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and bloating.Accurate identification of core symptoms is crucial to rapid treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The"Du Zang"(the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms)theory is a dialectical system proposed by Professor Tong Xiaolin,aiming to achieve rapid and accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases by identifying unique core symptoms among various symptoms.By focusing on the accompanying symptoms of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome,such as"diarrhea related to emotions,mainly manifested as tension and anxiety,"which is known as the"Du Zang syndrome,"treatment is carried out to the underlying core pathogenesis of stagnation of liver qi and liver qi invading the spleen.The therapeutic effect is good.关键词
