基于《金匮要略》痰饮理论探讨慢性肺病的层次化辨治思路
Exploration of hierarchical treatment based on syndrome differentiation of chronic pulmonary diseases based on the phlegm and fluid retention theory in Synopsis of Golden Chamber

Abstract
The progression of chronic pulmonary diseases is gradual,with the condition evolving from mild to severe.Phlegm and fluid retention serves as the primary pathological factor throughout the disease progression.Based on the phlegm and fluid retention theory in"Synopsis of Golden Chamber:On Phlegm and Fluid Retention,Cough,and Pulse Sundrome Treatment",this study proposes a novel staged treatment approach for chronic pulmonary diseases by integrating their pathological mechanisms and evolutionary trends.Chronic pulmonary diseases are classified into the stages of mild fluid retention,latent fluid retention,and persistent fluid retention.The general treatment principle is to warm yang and resolve fluid retention,while combining the characteristics of the three types of fluid retention for staged and stratified treatment based on syndrome differentiation:During mild fluid retention,it is necessary to warm and regulate qi movement to resolve phlegm and fluid retention and prevent progression;Latent fluid retention is divided into the attack phase and the remission phase,during the remission phase both manifestation and root cause of disease are treated,while the attack phase focuses on eliminating pathogens;The primary approach for persistent fluid retention is to expel pathogenic water first,followed by gradual reinforcement of healthy qi after fluid elimination.For the core pathogenesis of chronic pulmonary diseases,hierarchical treatment based on syndrome differentiation is carried out to provide ideas and references for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
