《金匮要略》关于"眩、冒"的认识与诊治探寻
Exploration of the understanding and diagnosis and treatment of dizziness and blurred vision in Synopsis of Golden Chamber
摘要
Abstract
Synopsis of Golden Chamber was written by Zhang Zhongjing at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty;In the text,the pathogenesis of"dizziness and blurred vision"can be divided into two categories:namely deficiency and excess.The excess pattern is caused by dampness,phlegm and fluid retention obscuring the clear orifices,leading to illness;while the deficiency pattern results from deficiency of qi,essence,and blood failing to nourish the head and eyes.Dialectical prescription includes"using warm-natured herbs"and"promoting urination".The prescriptions mainly consist of Chinese herbs that strengthen the spleen,promote diuresis,and warm yang,with frequent use of formulas such as"Wu Ling San","Zhen Wu Tang"and so on.关键词
