重构本草——莱菔子
Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-radish seed
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that radish seed mainly has the effects of promoting digestion to relieve distension,descending qi to resolve phlegm,and relieving cough and asthma.The symptom targets are abdominal distension,cough and wheezing,and constipation.The biochemical indicator targets are hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that radish seed and its active ingredients have effects of promoting gastrointestinal motility,relieving cough,alleviating asthma,eliminating phlegm,antibacterial properties,lowering blood pressure,improving alcoholic fatty liver,anti-inflammatory,and anti-tumor effects.Diarrhea and gastric upset with heartburn are contraindications.The commonly used clinical dosage is 10-60 g.关键词
