影响疆岳驴人工授精情期受胎率的因素分析
Analysis of Factors Influencing the Cycle Conception Rate of Artificial Insemination in Jiang-Yue Donkeys

Abstract
[Objective]For the purpose of finding an economic,efficient and reasonable artificial insemination method to improve the cycle conception rate of Jiang-Yue donkeys,the key factors influencing the cycle conception rate of artificial insemination were analyzed.[Methods]Female Jiang-Yue donkeys for breeding were selected as the experimental objects,and the influences of four key factors on the cycle conception rate were analyzed,including the number of insemination in one estrus cycle,interval between the last insemination and ovulation,dose of insemination,and the type of dilution solution.[Results]There were extremely significant differences in the cycle conception rates between artificial insemination once and 2 to 7 times(P<0.01),and between 1 mL of semen into cornua uteri and 5 mL of diluted semen into uterine body(P<0.01),both the former was lower than the latter.The cycle conception rate of the last artificial insemination after ovulation at intervals of 0 to 24 hours from ovulation was significantly lowered than that of 24 and 48 hours before ovulation(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Several measures such as artificial insemination 2 to 7 times in one estrus cycle,an interval of 24 to 48 hours between the last insemination before ovulation and ovulation,and a higher number of semen input could all improve the cycle conception rate of donkeys.关键词
