Research Progress on the Reduction and Substitution Technology of Soybean Meal in Dairy Cow Diets

Abstract
[Objective]In view of the current situation in China where the heavy dependence on soybean imports seriously restricts the development of the feed and grain industries,this study aims to reduce the use of soybean meal in dairy cow breeding,break through the bottleneck of industrial development,enhance the competitiveness of the dairy cow breeding industry,and promote the sustainable development of the dairy industry.[Methods]By systematically reviewing research literature and policy documents on the use of soybean meal in the field of dairy cow breeding,this study sorts out the current research status of soybean meal for feed use.Combining with the analysis of typical cases,it deeply analyzes problems such as insufficient raw material supply and excessive use at the breeding end in the utilization of soybean meal.[Results]The key crux of the supply-demand contradiction of soybean meal is identified,and a strategy of making concerted efforts from both the supply and demand sides is proposed,that is,reducing the demand for soybean meal and expanding the supply of alternative resources,effectively reducing the dependence of dairy cow breeding on soybean meal.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis and practical path for the implementation and promotion of the technology for reducing and substituting soybean meal in dairy cow diets,and has important reference value for optimizing the feed structure and ensuring industrial safety.关键词
