哈密市羊巴氏杆菌与支原体感染情况调查与分析
Investigation and Analysis on the Infection of Pasteurella and Mycoplasma in Sheep in Hami City
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to investigate the infection status of Pasteurella and Mycoplasma in the respiratory tracts of sheep in Hami City.[Methods]466 nasal swabs were collected from sheep at 15 premises in one district and two counties including 12 townships,a checkpoint,a trading market and a farm,then the samples were detected using the commercial fluorescence PCR detection kit.[Results]The positive rate of sheep Pasteurella was 3.65%,that of Mycoplasma was 49.36%.[Conclusion]In conclusion,Pasteurella and Mycoplasma infection in sheep flocks within Hami City existed,and the latter was more serious,indicating that prevention and control of sheep mycoplasmosis should be paid attention to.关键词
