新疆奶业区域发展与技术驱动策略研究
Research on the Regional Development and Technology-Driven Strategies for Dairy Industry in Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]For the purpose of providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the realization of high-quality development of the dairy industry in Xinjiang,in this study,the development status and major problems of the dairy industry in northern and southern Xinjiang were systematically analyzed by taking the dairy industry in Xinjiang as the research object,and a technology-driven strategy was put forward.[Methods]The method of combining literature review,field research and data analysis was adopted to systematically evaluate the development status and existing problems of the dairy industry in Xinjiang from aspects such as the scale of dairy cattle breeding,dairy product processing,market sales,forage costs and regional differences,and the potential and optimization paths for the development of the industry were deeply explored.[Results]Significant advantages were available in dairy industry in Xinjiang in terms of resource conditions and production scale.However,multiple challenges,such as the sluggish dairy product consumption market,single production structure,low proportion of high value-added products,high breeding costs,unbalanced regional development,and a weak technical service system,were faced.[Conclusion]Achieving modernization and high-quality development of the dairy industry in Xinjiang through optimizing the structure of dairy product processing,developing high value-added products,reducing breeding costs,promoting coordinated regional development and strengthening the technical service system,was of great significance for optimizing the agricultural structure in Xinjiang and enhancing the regional economic competitiveness.关键词
