多浪羊与湖羊级进杂交不同世代多湖杂交母羊生产性状的差异研究
Study on the Differences in Production Traits in Different Generations of Duolang and Hu Sheep Grading Crossing

Abstract
[Objective]In order to study the changes in production performance of crossbred offspring of Duolang and Hu sheep,to provide a basis for selecting and breeding superior progeny with larger body size and higher reproductive rate.[Methods]A total of 228 F1,254 F2,and 252 F3 generation progenies of Duolang and Hu sheep grading crossing were taking as the research object.Body weight and size data were collected to compare growth traits across generations and analyze correlations between body weight and body size,so as to reveal the changes of these traits with successive crossbreeding.[Results]The results showed that the birth weight,3-month-old weight,6-month-old weight and adult weight of F3 generation were extremely significantly higher than those of F2 and F1 generation(P<0.01).F2 generation exhibited extremely significantly higher 3-month-old weight,6-month-old weight and adult weight than F1generation(P<0.01).The daily weight gain of F3 generation from birth to 3 months was significantly greater than that of F1(P<0.01)and F2 generation(P<0.05),while F2 generation surpassed F1 generation(P<0.05).As the grading crossing progressed generation by generation,the birth weight,3-month-old weight,6-month-old weight and adult weight of the hybrid offspring gradually increased.The body height,body length and chest depth of F3 generation were extremely significantly higher than those of F2 and F1 generation(P<0.01),and the body height of F2 generation was extremely significantly higher than that of F1 generation(P<0.01).The chest width of F3 generation was extremely significantly higher than that of F1 generation(P<0.01),and the chest circumference and tube circumference of the former were significantly higher than those of the latter(P<0.05).[Conclusion]As the grading crossing progressed generation by generation,the body height,body length,chest depth,chest width,chest circumference and tube circumference gradually increased.The lambing rates of F1,F2 and F3 generation were 180.70%,190.55%,and 203.17%,respectively,representing an increase of F3 generation by12.62%compared with the F2 generation and by 22.47%compared with the F1 generation.With the progressive generation of grading crossing,the number of lambs had also increased generation by generation.关键词
