家兔肾阳虚证的治疗及血液学指标的检测
Treatment of Kidney-yang Deficiency Syndrome in Domestic Rabbits and Detection of Hematological Indicators

Abstract
[Objective]In order to explore effective treatment methods for the syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency in domestic rabbits,reveal the changes in related hematological indicators,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.[Methods]A domestic rabbit model of kidney-yang deficiency syndrome was established by inducing with glucocorticoids.The successfully modeled rabbits were randomly divided into an experimental and a control group.The rabbits in experimental group were given the traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi Pill,while those in control group were treated with distilled water.The general condition of the rabbits was continuously observed,including typical manifestations of kidney-yang deficiency,such as listlessness,curling up in the cold,and dull fur color,etc.After the treatment cycle,the following hematological indicators were periodically detected,including serum total protein,glucose content,serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT),serum calcium(Ca)content,and lymphocyte ratio.[Results]The results showed that treatment with Shenqi Pill in the experimental group demonstrated significantly better effects in improving the symptoms of rabbits and regulating hematological indicators compared with the treatment in the control group.[Conclusion]The traditional Chinese medicine Shenqi Pill had a good therapeutic effect on kidney-yang deficiency syndrome in domestic rabbits,and the detection of related hematological indicators could evaluate the efficacy effectively,providing a strong animal experimental basis for further study on the pathogenesis of the syndrome and for clinical treatment.关键词
