一例肠梗阻引起马死亡的报道
A Case Report of Horse Death Caused by Intestinal Obstruction
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to offer some reference for grassroots veterinarians in the diagnosis and treatment of equine intestinal obstruction.[Methods]A case of horse death caused by intestinal obstruction was comprehensively analyzed through clinical observation,anatomy and laboratory detection.[Results]Preliminary diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was made based on inquiry to the keeper combined with clinical symptoms and laboratory test results.After the autopsy,it was discovered that the intestinal wall and mesenteric veins were dilated and congested,accompanied by hemorrhage,and the colon was completely blocked.[Conclusion]Direct cause of horse death was confirmed as intestinal obstruction through clinical diagnosis and anatomy.A scientific basis for grassroots veterinarians was provided to quickly identify the pathological characteristics of equine intestinal obstruction and formulate diagnosis-treatment plans.关键词
