摘要

Abstract

For a 600 MW supercritical parameter boiler,it carries out research on a combustion digital twin system to achieve digital and visual monitoring and precise control of the boiler combustion process.By digitally monitoring the water-wall temperature,single/multi-layer burner status,it analyzes key combustion parameters to guide precise control of boiler combustion.The application of digital twin technology for boiler combustion enables dynamic simulation of the three-dimensional temperature field of the entire furnace.Comparing the performance test results before and after the system putting into operation,the boiler efficiency increases,and the contents of com-bustible matter in the slag and fly ash decreases.The safety,stability,and economy of boiler combustion are all improved.
