摘要
Abstract
The work A Special Treatise on Measles by Mr.Li Congfu systematically constructs a prevention and treatment framework for measles by integrating prevention,diagnosis,treatment,regulation,and nursing,which reflects the distinct holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Through a literature review and a theoreti-cal analysis,this article reveals the three-stage diagnostic and treatment model proposed by Mr.Li Congfu,i.e.,preventing before disease onset,preventing disease from exacerbating,and preventing recurrence after recovery,and it also elaborates on Mr.Li's therapeutic principles of using pungent and light herbs to disperse pathogens and his clinical practice of treatment in accordance with the patient's individuality,seasonal conditions,and local condi-tions.The article emphasizes the core academic thinking of heaven-human induction as the basis,the unity of body and spirit as the root,and the heaven-earth-humanity holistic view as the main principle,which forms the diagnosis and treatment methods of"observing temporal patterns,analyzing geographical factors,and assessing individual con-stitution".This offers significant references for the prevention and treatment of emerging infectious diseases in mod-ern times.关键词
