中医综合疗法治疗肝郁化火型部分性性早熟女童临床研究
Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy in treatment of girls with partial precocious puberty with liver depression transforming into fire

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy in the treatment of girls with partial precocious puberty with liver depression transforming into fire.Methods:A total of 66 girls with partial precocious puberty with liver depression transforming into fire were en-rolled,and based on the principle of randomization and according to whether they were willing to receive TCM thera-py,they were divided into treatment group with 30 girls(3 were lost to follow-up)and control group with 30 girls(3 were excluded).The girls in the control group received healthy lifestyle intervention,while those in the treat-ment group received modified Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in addition to the treatment in the control group,and the course of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups.The two groups were ob-served in terms of Tanner stage,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinzing hormone(LH),length of uterus,ovarian volume,bone age,and body height before treatment,after treatment,and at the time of fol-low-up(at 12 weeks after treatment),and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were also observed.Results:Compared with the control group after treatment and at the time of follow-up,the treatment group had a significantly better breast Tanner stage(P＜0.05),significantly lower serum levels of FSH and LH(P＜0.05),and a significant-ly lower volume of both ovaries(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in the length of uterus between the two groups(P＞0.05).Follow-up results showed that the treatment group had a significantly lower bone age than the control group(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in body height between the two groups(P＞0.05).During the treatment course,two pediatric patients in the treatment group experienced mild diarrhea af-ter oral administration of the Chinese herbal medicine,which resolved spontaneously within two days without addi-tional treatment.No related adverse reactions were observed in other patients.Conclusion:Integrated TCM therapy can effectively inhibit the development of secondary sexual characteristics in girls with partial precocious puberty with liver depression transforming into fire.关键词
