车念聪治疗胃痞的用药规律分析
Medication rule of Che Niancong in treatment of distention and fullness at stomach
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medication rule of Professor Che Niancong in the treatment of dis-tention and fullness at stomach using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.5).Methods:Prescriptions at initial diagnosis were collected from 132 patients with distention and fullness at stomach who were treated at the outpatient service of Professor Che from January 1,2022 to December 31,2023,and Traditional Chi-nese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.5)was used to establish a database of prescriptions.The prescrip-tion analysis and other modules of this system were used to perform data mining and investigate the medication rule in prescriptions.Results:In the 132 prescriptions,the top five drugs were Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.,Cortex Albiziae,Perillae Caulis,and Codonopsis pilosula.The drugs with a warm nature had the highest fre-quency of use,followed by those with a cold nature;the drugs with a bitter taste had the highest frequency of use,followed by those with a sweet taste;the drugs entering the spleen meridian had the highest frequency of use,fol-lowed by those entering the lung meridian.Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.-Poria cocos was the common drug combination.The association rule analysis obtained five association rules,and the cluster analysis obtained five new prescriptions.Conclusion:In the treatment of distention and fullness at stomach,Professor Che emphasizes the"Five Viscera Correlation Theory",adheres to the principle of strengthening the spleen and benefiting Qi,and mainly u-ses neutral drugs,with a focus on activating and harmonizing emotion and Qi-movement.关键词
