Abstract
Data collection in industrial settings is a core link in the digital transformation of enterprises.The focus of the data collection system is how to timely obtain key data on production processes,equipment status,and product quality,con-tinuously improve the production process,and enhance product quality.In response to the situation in automotive compo-nent welding production lines,characterized by low equipment consistency,multiple protocol integrations,and diverse data collection methods,a system was designed and developed that supports the collection of multi-source heterogeneous data,achieving data visualization and SPC analysis control.The system integrates multiple protocols through a multi-layer archi-tecture,customizes differentiated collection strategies for different devices,and adopts a"PLC dual cache+database parti-tioning"mechanism to solve the challenges of massive data storage and interaction.After three levels of data cleaning,qual-ity monitoring is achieved in conjunction with the SPC mean-range control chart.Research indicates that this data collection system can perform real-time product management,equipment status monitoring,and process auxiliary optimization.Through data analysis,the defect rate of products was reduced to 3%,promoting the optimization of process parameters and the improvement of product quality.关键词
