国际焊接工程师培养为导向的实验教学改革与探索
Reform and Exploration of Experimental Teaching Oriented toward International Welding Engineer(IWE)Training

Abstract
With the deep integration of the global manufacturing industry's intelligent transformation and international engi-neering education standards,welding technology,as a key support of the modern industrial system,has set higher require-ments for the international literacy of engineering talents.The International Welding Engineer(IWE)certification system,with its systematic capability standard framework and engineering training paradigm,has become the globally recognized benchmark for the capability evaluation of welding professionals.In view of the structural contradictions existing in China's welding engineering education,such as the insufficient dynamic adaptation of the curriculum system to industrial needs,the limited breadth and depth of the integration of international standards into teaching,the lag of teaching methods behind tech-nological iterations,the unsmooth channels for the transformation of scientific research achievements,and the insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,this study constructs an innovative experimental teaching system based on IWE certi-fication standards.This system deeply integrates IWE core modules with the capabilities indicators of the Washington Agree-ment,reconstructs experimental course content,develops characteristic courses containing more than 20 international stan-dard cases,and forms a"theory-practice-international standard"tripartite training model;innovates"project-driven+competition-enabled"teaching methods,promotes the transformation of scientific research achievements to experimental teaching;relies on the school-enterprise collaborative platform to create an integrated practice base for production,learning,and research,and establishes a"degree education+professional qualification certification"dual-track parallel training mecha-nism.Practice has shown that this system effectively enhances students'abilities to solve complex engineering problems and their international competitiveness,providing an innovative solution for the training of high-quality applied welding talents.关键词
