气固逆流接触旋流反应器混合腔内流场特性的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Flow Field Characteristics in Mixing Chamber of Gas-solid Counter-flow Contact Cyclone Reactor

Abstract
Based on the process characteristics of methanol to propylene(MTP),a gas-solid counter-flow contact cyclone reactor is proposed.The special structure of the cyclone reactor is used to realize the integration of reaction and separation,which can improve the product yield and reduce the occurrence of side reactions.The dense discrete phase model is used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow in the gas-solid counter-flow contact cyclone reactor,and the flow field characteristics in different positions in the mixing chamber of the gas-solid counter-flow contact cyclone reactor are analyzed.The effects of different feed pipe inclination angles on the flow field structure and velocity distribution in the gas-solid impinging stream reactor are investigated.The results show that at the cross section of z=50 mm,the number of vortices is the largest,the streamline is the densest and the influence range of vortex system is the largest.When θ=30°,the gas-solid counter-flow contact cyclone reactor has the best mixing effect.关键词
