Research progress of cuprotosis in gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Copper is an essential trace element in the human body,participating in numerous physiological functions.Cuproto-sis is a recently discovered form of regulated cell death triggered by the accumulation of intracellular copper ions closely related to mitochondrial respiration.Studies have shown that copper metabolism and cuprotosis play crucial roles in the formation and pro-gression of tumors.Genes associated with cuprotosis have demonstrated potential value in prognostic models for gastric cancer.This article aims to review the research and applications of cuprotosis in the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of gastric cancer,with the goal of providing new insights and strategies for the diagnosis and prognostic assessment of gastric cancer.关键词
