中药调控BDNF/Trk B信号通路治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展
Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine regulating the BDNF/Trk B signaling pathway in the treatment of ischemic stroke

Abstract
Ischemic stroke(IS)is a major neurological disorder characterized by high disability and mortality rates.Current treatments,such as endovascular mechanical thrombectomy and intravenous thrombolysis,face challenges including limited effica-cy and narrow therapeutic time windows.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has emerged as a research hotspot for IS treatment due to its natural multi-target properties.The brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)/tropomyosin receptor ki-nase B(Trk B)signaling pathway plays a pivotal role in neurogenesis,synaptic plasticity,neuroprotection,and angiogenesis,making it a key pathway for regulating neurological recovery.Extensive studies indicate that the BDNF/Trk B pathway is critically involved in the pathogenesis and progression of IS.Its activation promotes neural repair,reduces apoptosis,enhances synaptic plasticity,and stimulates cerebral angiogenesis.TCM,by modulating the BDNF/Trk B pathway to exert neuroprotective effects,has become a promising direction for exploring novel IS therapies.This article reviews the mechanisms of the BDNF/Trk B path-way in IS,analyzes recent advances in TCM-mediated regulation of this pathway for IS treatment,and discusses the potential of TCM formulations and their active components in alleviating IS symptoms and promoting neurological recovery.Through system-atic analysis,this review provides theoretical foundations and references for future applications of TCM in IS treatment,as well as new strategies and insights for clinical practice.关键词
