摘要

Abstract

Lead and zinc are often associated in sedimentary rock types and hydrothermal modified collophane,which not only affects the quality of phosphate chemical products,but also leads to an increase in production costs for enter-prises.In this paper,the content and distribution of lead and zinc in collophane from the four provinces of Yunnan,Guizhou,Hubei,and Sichuan in China were systematically sorted out,and their migration pathways in phosphorus chemical process and their potential impacts on wet-process phosphoric acid and thermal phosphoric acid were analyzed.The removal technology of lead and zinc in mineral processing and the removal technology of lead and zinc in phosphorus chemical industry(chemical precipitation method,solvent extraction method,adsorption method,mem-brane separation method,ion exchange method)were introduced respectively.In the future,we should focus on the traceability of lead and zinc in different collophane,clarify the occurrence state of lead and zinc in collophane,optimize traditional processes,and explore more green and efficient removal technologies to promote the high-quality develop-ment of the phosphorus chemical industry.
