光电预选技术在磷矿选矿中的应用研究进展
Research progress on the application of photoelectric pre-concentration technology in the beneficiation of phosphate ore

Abstract
The application of pre-election tailings discarding technology can reduce the difficulty of subsequent flota-tion separation.As an emerging tailing discarding technology in recent years,photoelectric pre-election tailings discar-ding technology has the advantages of strong applicability,simple process,convenient operation and high tailings dis-carding efficiency.The main principle is based on the surface characteristics and optical properties of different minerals to achieve the identification and separation of ore and waste rock.This article introduced the distribution characteristics of global phosphate ore resources,outlined the principle and application scope of photoelectric preconcentration tech-nology,summarized the current application status of photoelectric preconcentration technology in the selection of phos-phate ore,and pointed out the main problems existing at present.From the perspective of ore structure,X-ray pre-concentration technology has good applicability to phosphate rocks with banded structure,massive structure and layered structure.From the perspective of ore composition,X-ray preconcentration technology has good applicability to silicate phosphate ore(phosphate rock ore).In the future,the large-scale industrial application of this technology should be promoted on the basis of small-scale laboratory tests and expanded continuous tests.关键词
