基于六维辨证观探讨乙型肝炎的病机证候特点
Exploring the pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics of hepatitis B based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of six dimensions

Abstract
The theory of syndrome differentiation of six dimensions is a concept proposed by Professor Gu Xiaohong based on a variety of syndrome differentiation systems,aiming to realize an overall grasp of the occurrence and development of diseases by identifying their causes,locations,natures,pathological products,progression,and stages,so as to guide their clinical practice and improve their curative effect.Based on this theory,this paper interprets the ancient and modern masters'understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis,syndromes,treatment methods and prescriptions of hepatitis B.It is speculated that the disease is caused by epidemic toxins of dampness and heat,located mainly in the liver,involving the spleen and kidneys,with a nature of dampness-heat,with multiple pathological products,including dampness-heat amassment,static blood blocking collaterals,toxins impairing liver collaterals,with its progression characterized by exuberant vital qi and excessive pathogens,excessive pathogens and deficient vital qi,deficient healthy qi and deficient pathogens,with its stages differentiated according to the four processes of weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen.This theory is expected to provide a clear idea for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of hepatitis B.关键词
