身痛逐瘀汤加减方联合颈椎牵引治疗气滞血瘀型神经根型颈椎病疗效观察
Effect of modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with cervical traction in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with cervical traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)with the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 150 patients with CSR(from September 2021 to September 2024)were randomly divided into a control group(cervical traction)and an observation group(modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction+cervical traction),with a 4-week intervention period.The changes in the TCM syndrome scores,pain intensity(VAS),Neck Disability Index(NDI),scores of TJK-20 Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale,electromyographic(EMG)parameters,levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy and safety were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the observation group showed significantly lower TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,NDI scores,F-wave latency(C6,C7),levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and hs-CRP compared to the control group(P<0.05).The TJK-20 scores and motor conduction velocity(MCV)of the ulnar and median nerves were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.0%,significantly higher than 76.0%in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Modified Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with cervical traction significantly alleviates pain and dysfunction,inhibits local and systemic inflammatory responses,promotes nerve root functional recovery,and demonstrates good safety in treating CSR with the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.关键词
