中医药治疗小儿腺样体肥大的研究进展
Progress of research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy
摘要
Abstract
Pediatric adenoid hypertrophy is a common upper respiratory tract disease in pediatrics.Modern medicine believes that its etiology is related to repeated infections,allergic reactions and abnormal proliferation of adenoids,which can cause symptoms such as nasal congestion,snoring,hypoxia,and in severe cases,even lead to growth retardation and facial deformities.Western medicine mainly adopts surgical treatment and hormone drug-assisted treatment,while surgical treatment has the risk of bleeding and recurrence,and it is easy to recur after stopping hormone drugs.Chinese medicine has unique advantages and promising prospects in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy.This article reviews the pathogeneses,therapeutic methods,and mechanisms of action of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for its treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
