Abstract
A reasonable reclaimed water price system is an important aspect in promoting reclaimed water utilization.Taking reclaimed water utilization in Suqian City,a typical water-deficient area,as the research object,based on analyzing the reclaimed water price mechanism and influencing factors,the research focuses on Suqian's cross regional centralized reclaimed water transmission,distribution,and utilization system,this study explores the reclaimed water price formation mechanism,conducts cost and price accounting of reclaimed water,and proposes a reclaimed water value system.This work has played a guiding and supporting role in advancing Suqian's pilot project for national reclaimed water utilization and allocation,and also provides references for urban reclaimed water utilization in other regions.关键词
