宿迁市黄河故道区域水资源供需预测分析
Prediction and analysis of water resources supply and demand in the Yellow River old course area of Suqian City

Abstract
Water resources supply demand balance and optimal allocation are important approaches to achieve balanced utilization of regional water resources and improve water resources utilization efficiency.Taking the old course of the Yellow River in Suqian as an example,with the planning level year of 2035 as the time node,this study predicts the future water resources supply demand relationship in the old course of the Yellow River region in Suqian and proposes suggestions for regional industrial development planning.This study establishes a water demand forecasting method with planning period growth rate,planning year level value,and planning year water use quota as the main predictors,as well as a water supply forecasting method based on water supply constraint conditions and empirical formulas.Meanwhile,it develops a water resources supply demand balance method based on the reduction of planning year water use quota,optimization of structure and scale,and increase of water diversion and external water transfer.These efforts aim to provide technical support for economic development and water resources guarantee in relevant regions.关键词
