摘要
Abstract
A new species,named as Agaricus brunneopilosus T.Bau & S.E.Wang,was identified from Hainan and Hunan provinces of China during the field investigation.The new species displays the morphological characters of pileus carrying fibrillose squamules completely in clay brown,red brown,chocolate color and cheilocystidia with forms of long corm-like,nearly globose or broad clavate.Phylogenetic analysis based on ITS,nrLSU and TEF1 sequences revealed that the species belong to Agaricus(subg.Minores)sect.Minores.This study presents the morphological descriptions and illustrations of the new species along with discussions on its diagnostic features distinguishing this species from those closely related species.关键词
