"大思政课"视域下高职医学院校思政课教学现状与改革
The current situation and reform of ideological and political course teaching in higher vocational medical colleges from the perspective of"Grand Ideological and Political Course"

Abstract
Objective Guided by the"Grand Ideological and Political Course"concept,this study examines the cur-rent teaching status of ideological and political courses in a higher vocational medical college,identifies existing short-comings,and proposes reform pathways and policy recom-mendations for constructing a medical-characteristic"Grand Ideological and Political Course"education sys-tem.Methods A mixed-methods approach combining quan-titative and qualitative research was employed.A question-naire survey was conducted among 800 students from 22 medical majors,yielding 690 valid responses(95.1%re-sponse rate).Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 stakeholders,including ideological and political course instructors,professional course teachers,counselors,and administrators.Results Students demonstrated grow-ing clarity in their understanding of ideological and politi-cal courses.Significant progress was observed in teaching environments,faculty development,content expansion,practical teaching,and curriculum integration.However,challenges persist,including an imperfect collaborative mechanism for the"Grand Ideological and Political Course"and overly theoretical teaching content.Conclu-sion Based on the"Grand Ideological and Political Course"perspective,the following reform measures are proposed:(1)Optimize teaching content to enhance course appeal;(2)Innovate teaching methods to stimulate student engagement;(3)Improve the education model to form a united force in education;(4)Strengthen policy support to sustain teaching reforms.关键词
