Abstract

Objective To provide useful insights and sug-gestions for the implementation of ideological and political education in standardized training courses,in order to en-hance its effectiveness in medical education.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current status of faculty members understanding and prac-tice of ideological and political education at the general practice resident standardized training base.Result(1)In terms of understanding the current situation and degree of importance,41.96%of teachers expressed their understand-ing;Teachers who have heard of 47.32%or completely do not understand 10.71%,50%consider it very important,and 46.43%consider it relatively important;(2)In terms of willingness and frequency of teacher engagement,90.18%of teachers are willing to further engage,17.86%teachers always integrate ideological and political elements,46.43%frequently integrate curriculum ideological and political elements,and 29.26%occasionally integrate.Conclusion Through this study,it was found that there are still some challenges in carrying out ideological and politi-cal education in the teaching activities of comprehensive housing and training programs.The main problem includes the lack of specialized curriculum ideological and political materials and teaching practice guidelines,which still makes the construction of curriculum ideological and politi-cal education difficult and needs to be further improved and strengthened.
