Abstract
The culture of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)embodies the profound wisdom of the Chinese peo-ple and the nation,and it is conducive to guiding medical students to establish correct values.The article analyzes the value implication of integrating TCM culture into English teaching for curriculum ideology and politics,focusing on researching the excavation of elements,implementation process,and auxiliary countermeasures of integrating TCM culture into English teaching for curriculum ideology and politics.The element excavation includes political literacy module,thinking literacy module,cultural confidence mod-ule,and professional literacy module.The implementation process includes pre-class,in-class,practice,and evalua-tion links.The auxiliary countermeasures include strength-ening the construction of English teachers'curriculum ide-ology and politics capabilities,building a collaborative edu-cation mechanism infiltrated by TCM culture,and digitally empowering the curriculum ideology and politics of TCM culture in English.The research results provide a holistic solution for the English teaching reform in medical univer-sities,helping medical students grow into medical profes-sionals with rich knowledge,firm perseverance,skilled technology,precise treatment,noble medical ethics,and selfless dedication.关键词
