摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of a compre-hensive teaching model combining vascular interventional simulator Workshop and case-based collaborative learning(CBCL)in the training of general physicians with experi-ence in vascular interventional surgery for solid tumors.Methods A total of 60 general physicians without experi-ence vascular interventional surgery for solid tumors who visited Beijing You'an Hospital from January 2020 to De-cember 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group.26 physicians in the experimental group were trained using a trinity teaching model of"CBCL-vascular interventional simulator-Workshop",and 34 general physi-cians in the control group were trained using a traditional model(theoretical teaching+operation demonstration+teacher evaluation).At the end,the application effect of the clinical teaching mode was evaluated through basic theoret-ical knowledge operational skills of tumor vascular inter-ventional procedures,as well as through a satisfaction ques-tionnaire survey.Results Several single items and the total score of interventional theoretical and skill scores in experi-mental group were higher than those in the control group.The questionnaire survey showed that the ability of deci-sion-making,case assessment,clinical practice,knowledge mastering,the degree of proficiency in surger,and satisfac-tion of teaching method in the experimental group were su-perior to those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The comprehensive teaching model combining vascular interventional simula-tor Workshop and CBCL teaching method exhibits good teaching effect in the teaching of vascular interventional for solid tumors.The application of this method in vascular in-terventional teaching practice helps general physicians to improve their professional knowledge,surgical deci-sion-making ability,and surgical skills,is of great signifi-cance for trainee doctor to reduce intraoperative operative errors and master vascular interventional clinical skills as soon as possible.
