Research on Difficulties and Strategies of High Quality Management of Human Resources in Public Hospitals
摘要
Abstract
High-quality human resource management is an important engine for the high-quality development of public hospitals,and an important link to enhance new effi-ciency and activate new power.The overall requirements of human resource management for high-quality development of public hospitals are scientific planning management,standardized process management,fine personnel manage-ment,efficient performance management and intelligent in-formation management.The requirements of high quality management of human resources were analyzed,and the function positioning and scientific planning management were not clear in the current human resources management of public hospitals.The business work is cumbersome,and the standardized process management consumes energy;Business coordination is not smooth,fine personnel man-agement is restricted;The assessment is merely a formality,and the high-efficiency performance management is weak;In response to the difficulties in six aspects,this article pro-poses high-quality human resource management strategies for public hospitals from six dimensions to help public hos-pitals shift from extensive management to fine management.关键词
