摘要

Abstract

In response to the high-resolution imaging requirements of lightweight drones,an advanced sys-tem-in-package(SIP)process and multi-channel TR chip vertical interconnection technology are employed.A high-integration,low-weight,phased array millimeter-wave synthetic aperture radar(SAR)payload for 5 kg-class small UAVs is designed from the aspect of the integration of millimeter-wave SAR payloads'active phased array antennas,low-power RF and comprehensive processing units,as well as imaging algorithms and others.Test and experimental results show that the proposed design can achieve ground imaging by UAV-borne SAR with a range of 3 km and a resolution of 0.5 m.
