Abstract
In order to address the problems of the traditional airborne radar power supply wiring,such as large space occupation,heavy weight,severe heat generation and poor electromagnetic shielding effect,an inte-grated shielded bus-bar design method is proposed.In the method,high-integration centralized current conver-gence technology with fully-enclosed loop connection is adopted to reduce the wiring space and weight require-ments,and the overall transmission efficiency has increased by more than 5%,significantly improving the thermal management of high-power transmission systems.Modeling and simulation analysis are conducted to verify that the centralized power supply mode of the shielded bus-bar proposed in the paper has the thermal and mechanical adaptability to the upper-air environment.关键词
