Abstract
In order to meet the demands of military application scenarios for wireless communication devices with high anti-interference performance and low power consumption,a low-noise and low-power front-end circuit for wireless receivers in the sub-GHz frequency band is designed.The first stage of the circuit utilizes noise can-cellation techniques and cross coupling structure to suppress thermal noise and calibrate differential current imbal-ance.The second stage applies current reuse technology to the dual balanced active mixers,forming a folded struc-ture of mixer as a whole to ensure that the circuit can operate at low power supply voltage.The simulation results show that at the target receiving frequency of 433.92 MHz,the designed circuit achieves a peak gain of 56.67 dB,a noise figure of 4.33 dB,and a static power consumption of 1.86 mW.关键词
