Abstract
Aimed at the problems such as low efficiency and large ripple of the high-gain charge pump power supply in the existing micro-electromechanical systems(MEMS)acoustic sensors,a new-type charge pump struc-ture is proposed.This charge pump is entirely composed of low-voltage PMOS transistors,adopting a dual-branch voltage-boosting configuration,with a low-dropout linear regulator(LDO)supplying power to the charge pump.The output stage is connected to a sub-threshold area MOS resistor low-pass filter(SMR LPF),controlled by non-overlapping four-phase clock signals.Simulation results show that under a power supply voltage of 1.6 V to 3.6 V,the circuit can stably generate a high voltage of 21.050 V,and an output voltage ripple of 1.24 μV,with a pump effi-ciency of 89.96%.Actual measured pump voltage of the tape-out is up to 21.020 V.关键词
