Abstract
Scientific and technological innovation is the key engine and strong driving force for the development of new quality.The development of new quality productivity empowered by scientific and technological innovation has its own internal logic system,which originates from the soul of the Marxist theory of the relationship between science and technology and productivity,the history of the theoretical exploration of the relationship between science and technology and production by the Communist Party of China(CPC),the historical foundation of the law of development of productive forces,and the strategic requirements of high-quality development and Chinese-style modernization construction.The power elements of scientific and technological innovation that empower the development of new quality productivity are concentrated in the intrinsic power elements of modern industrial development,the value power elements of satisfying people's aspirations for a better life,and the target power elements of Chinese-style modernization.In the new journey,to strengthen the development of new quality productivity with scientific and technological innovation,it is necessary to grasp the inner law and basic connotation of scientific and technological innovation and productivity development,and firmly support the development of new quality productivity driven by scientific and technological innovation in a powerful and effective way by adhering to the overall leadership of the CPC,deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system,vigorously cultivating high-quality talents,and actively developing modern industries and other four dimensions.关键词
