Cross-Border Disruptive Innovation Blurs the Formation Mechanism of Front-End Creativity:Research Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract
Cross-border disruptive innovation has become a favorable means for enterprises to break through the bottleneck of innovation,and successful cross-border disruptive innovation is inseparable from good ideas,and it is of great significance to explore the formation mechanism of cross-border disruptive fuzzy front-end ideas.Based on the multi-case study method based on grounded theory and using NVivo 11.0,this paper constructs a complete model of the formation mechanism of fuzzy front-end ideas of cross-border disruptive innovation,and finds that in the process of fuzzy front-end idea formation of cross-border disruptive innovation,the creative subjects include not only internal creatives and teams,but also creative users and user-enterprise interactions.Cross-border disruptive innovation blurs front-end ideas and gradually takes shape under the effect of the explicit tacit knowledge of individuals,the internalization of out-of-bounds knowledge,and the collectivization of individual knowledge.关键词
